If for some reason your product was damaged in transit, please do the following:
Take an inventory of the order to make sure nothing is missing ( and / or) see what exactly has been damaged
Take a picture of the broken Item - the box - and the packing slip that shows all the information about the order
Click here to submit a ticket and fill in the required fields and attach the pictures mentioned above and we will reach out to you ASAP to resolve the issue.
We have UPS Cargo Insurance on all of our orders, so if something is damaged we have the ability to expedite your product back out at no added cost to you
