Defective Items

If you find that a item in your order contains a factory defect not related to any damage occurred in shipping, please do the following:

Take a picture of the item and the defect

Take a picture of the packing slip with all of your information 

Click here to submit a ticket and if its an item that carries a manufacturer warranty such as scales we will get you an RMA number for you to have them repaired, Otherwise we will issue out a replacement if deemed defective and not misused. All defective claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
