How to order a Factory Direct Special Order Helmet:


The helmets listed in the special order section of our website are non included in our physical on hand inventory but can be ordered and shipped directly from the Bell warehouse located in Florida. 


Below is a step by step instructions of how to check the current status of Bell’s inventory, place an order for something that is in stock or put a deposit down and get in line for a future shipping date.





To Check the Status of Bell’s Inventory:


Locate the helmet that you are interested in and click on it and under our internal part number there will be listed the manufacture part number as well.


Take and scroll through the inventory which can be found in the below link and reference the manufacture part number to the available inventory. The inventory will be displayed in either a positive number for how many are in stock and ready to ship or zero or a negative number for not in stock or how many customers are already in line ahead of you

To Place An Order For a IN STOCK HELMET:


Once you know a helmet you are interested in is available, simply add that to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. 


The ordering process is just like anything else and once completed you will receive all the pertinent emails and the last one will be the final tracking number from us as all helmets are shipped to us first for inspection and then reshipped out once we have had a chance to look everything over. 


If you are interested in making small monthly payments, look into Affirm and get pre-approved prior to making your final selection. 





To Place An Order For a HELMET NOT IN STOCK:


The process is almost identical other than the checkout process. Once you choose the helmet you want and know that you are placing an order to get in line you will only be required to put down a deposit to hold your place in line and start the ordering process. 


There is a place holder under the payment options that will say Phone In Payment, choose that and it will allow you to place the order without putting any payment information in. You will receive a invoice to the email on your order for 20% of the helmet cost before shipping or applicable taxes with the balance due when the helmet is ready to ship.

PLEASE NOTE**


Helmets that are not in stock have no timetable of when they will be available to ship, the larger the number the longer the wait. Be prepared to wait several weeks or months if the number is very large or if its not a very popular model helmet. There are so many variables such as supply chain issues, raw material shortages, and transit problems that can contribute to this delay. Please understand that this deposit is to hold your place in line and nothing else but we will always be in constant communication with Bell and you as the buyer to make sure everyone is updated.
