Incorrect Product or Missing Product From Your Order
We do our best to check and double check to make sure that there are no mistakes made in the fulfillment process, but things can still happen, so if you received an incorrect part in your order or are missing an item, this is what you do:
Take a picture of wrong item received along with the packing slip showing all of your information, if the product is missing make sure there was no physical damage to the box or if it looks like it was repackaged.

Canceling a Order
In the event that a order needs to be canceled, please let us know ASAP and if its been processed we will need the payment information that was used for the order and we will refund that back to you minus the 3% processing fee we incur.
