In the occasion that you have checked the tracking number and there seems to be more than a days delay where it is sitting in a terminal or if you see a box that was delivered but you can't find it, here is what we suggest:
For a late box that may be presumed lost,
click here to submit a ticket and include your name and tracking information along with when the order was shipped, this will help us expedite your request. As soon as we receive this we will go to work and see what we can do and if we determine that it is lost we will expedite your order back out within 48 hours of the lost box being reported.
In the event that a said package was delivered but is not at the delivery location,
click here to submit a ticket and include your name and tracking information along with when the order was shipped and we will have UPS put a trace on the box. Please allow 48-72 hours for UPS to conduct an investigation and if the box is not found we will step in and help
