We do our best to keep all the customers informed so here is what you need to know and some tricks to make sure the order was placed correctly.
Once you submit your order the next page will be a order confirmation page and you will receive a order number. If you did not receive an order number chances are your order was not finished and processed, go back to the home screen and try again
After the order is placed and you receive an order number, you will receive a confirmation of your exact order including items bought, all the bill to and ship to information as well as a final total. If you do not see this in your normal inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
Once the order is downloaded and is being prepared to process you will receive a second email confirming that we have received your order.
The third email will be the tracking information, as mentioned before check your spam if you do not see it in your regular inbox. Once you receive this email you know that the order was prepared for shipping and is waiting on a carrier to pickup.
