Shipping notifications are sent once the label is created in our system with the customer supplied information from their order to the same address that was input on the order, so what would be the reasons that you may not receive it.
* Email address was wrong - double check this prior to placing your order
* Notification was sent to spam or junk folder. Make sure you check there especially for USPS orders
You can also log back into your account and check on the order status and if it has shipped check it directly from this area
You can see your email provider and learn more about white listing a email address and that may prevent it from going to spam in the future. Please contact us for further assistance.
To receive a notification via text sign up for the SHOP App in the App or Google Store and use the same email address that you plan to use for your orders and app will also send you notifications. You can also download the UPS and FedEx app and sign up for notifications there as well after the order has shipped.
